We look at the condition of the building, the work it requires and how it will function day to day — whether it is being prepared for an owner’s business or for handover to an operator.
We work across the UK, with our Italian base in Piemonte. Projects elsewhere in Italy and in France are considered case by case.

Scope, budget and timetable agreed in writing, then our own site visits and a written update after each one, as on our residential projects.
The worksAdvise on how it will run
Room count, kitchen and service areas, how guests and staff move through the building, and the everyday details that decide whether a place works. We tell you which licences and permits to ask for.
Before openingWe do not run hotels or restaurants for clients, and we do not provide legal, tax or licensing advice. Where the project needs an operator, a licensing specialist or a commercial agent, we work alongside the qualified professionals you choose.
